We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any legal matter, as legal proceedings can be unpredictable and subject to judicial discretion. Devesh Mishra Legal Associate will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the use of our services or from the failure to achieve a particular result.Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service that directly caused the loss, to the extent permitted by applicable law. - Confidentiality and Privacy

All communication, documents, and sensitive information will be treated with the highest degree of privacy, and we will only disclose such information to third parties with your express consent or as required by law. - Conflict of Interest
